How will this help me in 2025?

Your outcomes for deciding to join us on this year-long digital ride will depend on how you choose to show up to invest in yourself, ways you seek accountability and also offer support to others within the community, the consistency with which you tune into this inner and outer work AND what actions you're willing to take, however slow, small or simple.

I'm going to be focused on building momentum for you in under 30 minutes each month:

• Concepts layered each month in the areas of mindset, processes and routines [10 minute monthly podcasts x 12 episodes]
• Guided self-inquiry to explore where you could tweak your life and work areas [10 minutes of reflection x 12 months]
• A personal note from me with practical next (baby) steps for you to co-create results [5 minutes x 12 months]

We will also come together regularly to support and connect with each other, celebrate progress and co-regulate in a safe online space via:

• Quarterly community virtual block parties hosted online in under 25 minutes [4 x virtual events in February, May, August + November 2025]
• A private members-only community hosted via Facebook Group [Accessible year-round in 2025 to connect with others, post Qs, impact goals + celebrate your progress]

For the math and scheduling folks in the room this will look like:

• 25 minutes per month x 12 months = 300 minutes (around 5 hours of asynchronous content)
• 25 minutes per quarter x 4 virtual events = 100 minutes (under 2 hours of synchronous experiences)
• $25 for 365 days of community = $0.07/day or $2.08/month

Work with me monthly + access quarterly events + year-round community = 7 hours of PD in 2025!
